About the Event

Ahmed Al Mansouri, Secretary General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Tolerance, Saeed Hareb, Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council, Dr. Omar Al Muthanna, Executive Director of Licensing and Control Sector of the Community Development Authority as well as a large number of religious, social, cultural and media personalities and the number of participants from all nationalities reached more than 200 nationalities.

Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qassimi announced the launch of the march, which reflects the solidarity and coexistence of the society in the country, pointing out that its aim is to celebrate World Tolerance Day and to dedicate the value of tolerance in the country through the participation of all religions and nationalities together, she also expressed her thanks to the participants for what they present to the country, which is considered the second country wishing them all the best.

Al-Mansouri confirmed that the number of participants from the nationalities in the UAE confirms that the UAE is the home of tolerance and that Dubai is the capital of global tolerance and this is the result of the initiatives and actions of the leadership, government and people of the UAE and its continuous efforts to reflect the values of tolerance coexistence, and harmony between different cultures and religions. He also stressed the need for the UAE's tolerant message to the whole world to respect multiculturalism, accept the other, renounce violence, extremism, nervousness, discrimination, and hatred.
